Fatal Error Crash

Hello All, I've installed the alpha .53 version of this mod and am running into trouble just getting it running. Every time i try to start it says Medieval II has encountered a fatal error and must close. I am fairly certain I installed the mod correctly, does anyone know a fix for this? Would posting some sort of log help? I very much would like to play this mod, any help would be most appreciated. Thanks.

I am sorry Mid, as far as I know and the 5 minutes i played with the Alpha (before i rushed to join the team and fix that horrible alpha map) it seemed to work just fine as long as you had the proper kingdom's expansion installation and the correct patch (1.5?)

however if your problem is more complicated then i am afraid we, the team, cannot really help you since this alpha version was done by the previous team back in 2008 or 2009 as a result we have no clue how what they did with their alpha release.
