Ahh there's your problem. I think you may not have gotten enough sleep.

I think i've found my ideal sleeping times. If i get around 7 hours 30mins sleep, i will wake up easily.
For the last few weeks been waking up early. Used to get around up to 12 hours sleep.
Realised that if you find out your sleep cycles and get a regular sleep pattern, it gets easier to wake up.

Right now, its roughly, 10:20-11pm to 6:30-7:15am.
I'm led to believe that even adding a 30-40minute sleep in and setting the alarm clock to like 7:30 can make it difficult to wake up. There is that time slot where you can wake up easily and feel like you've had a good sleep.

Result. I feel normal during the day. No coffee needed. I get more daylight. I spend less time sleeping. No rushed mornings. Its easy to get to sleep

If its a one off thing, getting up real early like 4am can be ok as you do have that 'yea waking up before the sun comes out and before everyone else wakes up' and its all fun, but if its a few days in a row i can see that becoming difficult without changing your sleeping patterns which may take several weeks

Well this summer i was like a vampie. Somedays I wouldn't sleep at all and the next day I would then sleep to 8pm or whatever. Was pretty crazy. School of course is not going to be fun for the first week or so.

I been sleeping like the last two weeks then I heard a new story about the association lack of sleep and older peeps with dementia. Ok I'm going to start getting my sleep now!

On a much more WTF of the moment.... no words to describe this.... women who was previously charged with locking a child up in a basement who died of starvation was given custody of her niece who also ended up in the basement prison for 10 years, further investigation found multiple other disabled people were being locked up to collect their social security checks, they were forced to shyte and bath from a bucket and drink their own urine.
