    Default Port forwarding

It would really help if someone could explain how to port forward for Shogun 2 total war 'Fall of the Samurai' Is it necessary, which ports should we forwarded for FOTS, and what does it do?

Sorry I'm a noob when it comes to this, so need a bit of hand holding on this one.

I have a Virgin Media Super Hub. When I click on the port forwarding button I have two options: Choose pre-defined service. This gives me a list of about 50 services (they mean nothing to me) They include BGP (TCP:179), HTTP (TCP:80) etc etc

Under this there is the option to add custom rules. There are five boxes named: Name, start port, end port, Protocol (TCP or UDP, or both) and finally my local IP address.
Does anyone know what I should do to get port forwarding optimized for FOTS? What ports need to be opened, and do I do this via add custom rules, or should I choose a pre-defined service? If so which one!!
    Thanks!!!!

FotS uses the Steam port ranges you can find here: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_...8571-GLVN-8711
Just enter each in one of the rules and you should be fine.
