Help!! How to recruit cavaldry 6.3 France

I´m playing 6.3 savage - bygs mod and playing as france but I cant recruit cavaldry, how should I do that? I even tried with the king and he couldn´t HOW I forgot XD

No, just where you want to recruit units other than peasant/militia/local type.

How many regions do you have? BGR limits recruitment to only 3 generals eventually. FL, Heir, and another War Councilor. Are you using BGR II or IV? I'd guess IV... basically you have to look at your generals traits and ancillaries carefully. Depending on if you also are using slow assimilation and some other of the submods you might need a general to both recruit and change taxes, building new things, etc. You can let AI manage only buildings and taxes but its up to you.
