    Default Redwall Total War

I have no knowledge of how to make MTW mods but I would kill to see Redwall turned into a MTW mod, I grew up reading those books, the maps always caught my eye and it would be so awesome to have the different factions like the badgers of salamandastron or the mice of redwall, it'd be a hell of a job making the units tho, mice, rats, otters, shews, moles etc. So I have no actual hope of ever seeing it happen, but I thought I'd throw it out there, see if anyone else would like to see it happen.

It would be nice, but as you said it would be extremely difficult, as M2TW was designed for human characters they would probably need animating as well, this alongside the size differences and the models and textures that you mentioned make it too much work for too little gain. I tried to do a redwall mod for battle for middle earth a few years ago, didn't go well tho (broke the game).

This. We still need to see a (good) Warcraft, Elder Scrolls, Game of Thrones mod released before another fantasy mod is even considered. It would be nice, and I assume a lot of the models would be borrowed from Narnia mods. I liked those books/the tv series as a kid, but still I could only see myself playing it for a few days before moving on to others things...

I loved the books as a kid, but I can't see this happening. Its not just the units; its also the map. There are too few settlements. A lot of wilderness with a few fortresses and farms in between is not enough.
