A small balding man is sitting by a large cage full of ravens. judging by the chain around his neck and the small sigil of a raven on his breast, he is the master of The Ravens of the Seven Kingdoms,, chosen from the Maesters of old town. Any man in the seven kingdoms who wishes to send a message must visit the master of ravens and have them sent to the lords of the seven kingdoms.
