Got to love when mainstream media gets their hands on something that has been known for decades and present it as some sort of recent discovery. The problem is that the water is not so easy to explore. Plus, in severe drought areas this water is not renewable. It's exploration would only encourage population growth and even great disasters in the future.

This OP could use some expansion - the D&D is not simply a news aggregator. Please PM me to have this reopened.
