How can I make all fire?

When I play bow units everybody fire, but not when I play sharpshooters or any other simular unit as it did in Napoleon total war.

I have FOTS, how can I change so all fire?

There is a ability in unit_abilities called mass fire and I did some testing and it makes the unit fire at once (like fire by rank, but it doesn't have the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd ranks crouch and the next fire). Also Radious's Unit Pack 3 has a similar ability.
