    Default This government disgusts me.

John Yoo, a former cabinent member and one of the chief contributers of the patriot act talking about why torturing children is ok. Calling it "pressure" instead of torture i guess makes it legal to crush the balls of children, something that he says is ok in this mp3, for some information given just to make them stop.

This government disgusts me, i'm tired of these immoral stalist/fascist so-called christians in this government. They lay all this out in front and then the mindless brainwashed masses follow gobbling all the rhetoric up.

What Paul Craig Roberts, one of the members of the Reagan administration and contributor to "reaganomics", has to say about these neo-fascist bastards.

However since I care about common morals and think that the government shouldn't crush childrens balls for weak information is immoral and on the ground of fascist I guess i'm a "liberal" to these brainwashed hypocrits.

you seem upset. calm down and consider their side of the argument. I really doubt the Bush administration endorses the torture of children.

Does bush have a very absolute control over government? I mean, all signs point to the idea that Bush is not into the micromanagement thing, hes not into the governing thing, hes never the first to know anything it seems. I dont know if its a clever front or if he really is so slow and his grip on his underlings really is so loose....

The executive branch of government is led by the Cheif Executive but not controlled entirely by him. This is probably a misconception. The same thing was alleged to take place under Reagan.

The Bush whitehouse follows a very corporate style. Bush delegates to people who, in turn, delegate to others. Its very much based on trust, except the further on down the line you go, the more incompetence there is. Information also becomes fairly filtered. It works if the people do their jobs properly, thats why corporations make money.
In contrast, Clinton and his higher ups took on more personal responsibility. That had its problems too since much of their work was often rushed.
Given any number of random, even contradictory metaphysical postulates, a justification, however absurd, can be logically developed.

or perhaps you know what they're doing is bad inside, but you don't want to acknowledge it because you associate the power of those above you with your own?

When the president and the secretary of defence don't take into account suggestions and warnings from the top military brass while preparing to invade a certain country, I'd say the further on up the line you go, the more incompetence there is...

...but then again, if something does go wrong, as it has gone wrong in that certain country, you can always blame it on the small guys again...

I don't find it a problem to beleive they torture children in the USA so - just look at what they are doing in Iraq: bombing hospitals full of wounded men, women and children with highly precise missiles that don't miss unpurposely; torturing men who are only beleived to be terrorists or supporting Hussein; using biological weapons(proven); destroying homes, people, culture and moral. Bush is pretty much incompetent and I would rather blame it on the Americans who voted for him after all that happened. On the other side Kerry didn't even have a plan...

Do you have proof for any of this? Or did you just feel like saying whatever popped into your head?

I'm not here to provide you with "fitting responses". If you don't already know what Omega said, you are blind.

And one advice: Writing things like "Ummm" is a no no, if you want to be taken seriously.

Yeah, it comes every now and then on the news. They put reports from Iraq every week on the news so it's practically well-known. And about the attacks in Iraq that is confirmed by the bombed-to-the-ground Baghdad and other cities.

I can't remember an appropriate counterquote, my previous being from Marx, but a man cannot change or make something which he has no plans for how to make it. Philosophers are the creators of the plans.
