    Default just a simple question

    wen i edited the unit attributes and made some units better and worse and did wat i wanted
    why is it on the campain that wen i play as gaul their stats didnt change but in custom game they did??


    never mind
    i fixed it
    i just needed marian reforms
    dang it

    but ya wen playing gaul since u have units that have to wait for marian reforms
    does the reforms happen when i reach the highest level of city or do i have to wait for the romans to??

    and wen does the reforms happen
