Altering the gender of a daimyo's children
Does anyone know how to alter the gender of a daimyo's children? My goal is to be able to allow a daimyo to raise his daughters as bushi and heirs, which, from the game's perspective, more or less means turning them into boys and just giving them suitable names and portraits.
The ideal solution would be to cause all the daimyo's children to always automatically be male, simply adding some female portraits into the pool of available ones and changing the names to suitably androgynous three syllable ones. I imagine that is a more technically complicated solution, so barring that, just being able to edit the child's gender in the saved game files would be better than nothing.

go to campaign_variables_tables scroll down to "family_male_child_chance" and change to % you would like, default is 65. I put mine as 80 but sometimes a girl slips through the net.
