Crash all the time on the Splash Screen

I know there is a thousand of these, but whenever i try to post on those threads it does not send, I dont know why.

My game crashes on the splash screen every time. The game stops responding and i have to ctrl alt delete. I have tried updating my BIOs, auto, flash player, graphics driver, reinstall, verify, deleting the script, running programs steam asked me to in the Shogun 2 folder, and running the game with my firewall and anti-virus programs turned off.
