Can't find Steam

Yeah...a slight problem...my game was running fine a couple of months ago on one turn and everything else. I run mine through steam and I use a shortcut I made myself with the following -

set SteamAppUser=Toby
set SteamAppVersionId=0
set SteamPath=C:\Program Files\Steam
set SteamUser=Toby
set suppress_restart=1
set ValvePlatformMutex=C:\Program Files\Steam\steam.exe

set PATH=%SteamPath%;%PATH%
RomeTW-BI.exe -mod:play_Rome_One_Turn -show_err -nm

My games have always started and worked using the shortcut with that above ^ in. Now when I use the shortcut - ''can't find steam comes up''

Does it work for other steam games? If it is just this mod, then is there any way you can recreate the shortcut? I don;t use steam so can't help too much specifically. Did you also look at the how to play via steam video here and check that out?

Sorted it out.....I had always had UAC turned off when I had downloaded and played RS2...I forgot that I had turned it back on. All I did was turn it off again and it worked...jesus christ windows vista, epic fail.
