Aura, the Winged Lance

Aura is the Valyrian Steel lance as wielded by Ser Artys Arryn, the Winged Knight, when he first set foot on Westeros. This lance has been in the possession of the Arryns for as long as people can remember, and has served the House Arryn well. The shaft is black as the night, and the tip of the lance seems to glow as blue as the sky. The lance is usually wielded atop a mount, but due to the grip fashioned like the talons of a dragon, Aura can be wielded when dismounted. Like other Valyrian Steel, it is known to hold an edge like no other weapon, and is considered impossible to break.
