Individual women can be strong and individual men weak, though.
when the union's inspiration through the worker's blood shall run,
there can be no power greater anywhere beneath the sun,
yet what force on earth is weaker than the feeble strength of one?
but the union makes us strong.

Last I heard we've actually been stuck at ~9.4% unemployment for a long time. Something of an improvement from the prior high earlier in the recession (I'd say peak, but given the current state of gas prices I'm not so sure...), which was 9.8%, but still not much in the way of overall gain.
No, the code of honor by which good men live is the message of Christ, and that is not chivalry. Any other code or message or philisophical idea is inferior and not worth the time of a good person, as Christ's message is the perfect one. The Church, not "chivalry."
And you made the claim, now back it up that it existed in the South. The Lost Cause is nothing but a post war romantic presentism that has absolutely no backing in cold hard fact. The main reason for the Civil War was slavery, and chivalry most certainly did not exist among the planters of the South's so-called "genteel" society. What about the rural farmers? They lived in a poor state of often subsistence farming, and this concept of "chivalry" was non-existent.

Anyone making claim to chivalry should not be executing enemy prisoners of war, who have already laid down their arms and submitted themselves to your power, purely because they were black/happened to lead black soldiers. Which, of course, was precisely what the Confederates did, time and time again, whether it be at Fort Pillow or the Crater or by a direct order from the Confederate Congress in October 1862.
^^ That.

Majonga, would you mind editing that in spoilers? Kind of gruesome to see.
But I guess Aggy would never open it.
