    Hi to everyone. I have a question. How do yo make the load-screen style for Rome Surrectum??? It's awesome.

    I'm betting wither Photoshop or GIMP were used. Maybe Movie Cam as well.

    As Ferdiad said, if its not Gimp then its photoshop. Or some other software that is Linux based.

    Google Photoshop Tutorial, you'll get everything you need from them.

    I made it in GIMP.
    Do you mean the screenshots or the surround?
    If you mean the surround, I downloaded an image of I think green marble at pretty high definition, darkened and desaturated it and then did a load of other stuff, using shadows and so on, but I can't really remember now - it was a while back.

    I mean the screenshot, the images, they have oil paint texture, I think.... I dont know this, but the picture is pretty

    I believe it's an optional 'filter' you can use in Gimp or Photoshop.

    No it was a specific program that I downloaded and ran all the screenshots through called fotosketcher on an edited watercolour setting

    I also used this software to make the splash / load screens in RTRVII.

    2 exemples with RSII (effects Aquarelle & Paint of Oil) :
