Cant install

Hey, i am trying to install this, and i am starting with the 3.0 version, but whenever i open it, nothing happens, and the explorer window i had open freezes. everyting else work fine, but for some reason i just cant open it

Welcome to the TWC forums!

Download the installer to your desktop. Double-click on the file and then go watch a TV show, call a friend, clean your house etc. Be patient, on some systems it can take a long time for the installer to initialize and begin the procedure. First close any other applications or processes you may have running to free up system resources. Just wait... unless you get a specific error message it will run eventually.

Move the file to your desktop and close Windows explorer. Try again. If it still won't install, try downloading it again and make sure that you are running the installer as administrator.

so turns out it was some anti malware program that kept opening even after ending its process via task manager, got it installed in the end, it just seems to despise you mod and would rather freeze my comp up that let me install lol. thans for helping man
