Its a little difficult to see, though I'm guessing that's more to do with the image than you

Is there any way to make it larger while keeping it within the TWC size constraints?

The limit is 100 x 100 pixels. I can try to make it less blurry. If you want it entirely, that's the best I can do.

Not sure to get exactly what you want. If you want a better resolution, then I'm afraid that it's not possible as we can not add pixels. At best, we can "play" a bit with different settings and see if the result look better but that would only be related to the aesthetic.
