SdKfz 140/1 Aufklärungspanzer 38(t) mit 7.5cm KwK37 L/24 to be precise. Prototype only reconnaisance variant of the Panzer 38(t) with 75mm gun. Only two were built. Your turn.

That seems to be correct. It is the Ruger AC556F with the stock folded. [1]

Correct, it was used in the film 51st State where it was used to shoot Robert Carlyle in the rear end.

The air frame is a P-40N the engine is a Pratt & Whitney R-2800 fitted with contra-rotating props.

I guess that makes it the XP-60C

Almost. It has a other tail assembly (I'm sorry if it's the wrong word), which is bad visible.

It's from Curtiss and it's a nearly the same designation.

I know I probably shouldn't be plugging other websites but if anyone is interested, the forum belonging to the society I run has a decent identify thread. Any activity is appreciated as it's term time soon. Link in sig.

The only other aircraft matching your description would be the Curtiss model 91 XP-62

Had you used this picture http://1000aircraftphotos.com/Contri...Aubry/7915.htm I would never have known it was a Curtiss anything.

The Curtiss 95C XP60C still looks more like what is pictured to me but I can barely make out the vane behind the cockpit to the rudder.

    XP 62 is correct, +rep.
I know the picture in your link, the tail fin of the XP 62 seems smaller than the tail fine of XP 60(and that seems the main difference to me)

That's probably because nobody wants to be accused of cheating. You make it too easy when you hotlink a picture with the name of the vehicle in the URL.
