Well, since no.one else is guessing I will try again. It is hard to tell.the scale of the gun from the picture alone, but if it is using heavy ammunition then it would likely be a Wall Gun (in China a jingal) or an anti-tank gun. However, I haven't seen a wall gun or anti-tank gun where the forestock goes up to nearly the end of the barrel as your gun does. That is why gessed it was an Anshutz, because in some of their models of bolt actions the foresrock does extend until near the tip the barrel.

That clue is misleading, since .30-06 ammunition is not particularly heavy for a bolt action rifle, but rather typical.

The picture in wikipdedia for thr elephant gun looks much dufferent than the picture posted. The .585 CZ 550 was not a typical CZ 585 - if you look, the wood forestock is well short of the end of the barrel, typical of most guns, while the posted picture had the forestock extended to almost the end of the barrel. The posted pictue looked the same as a 30-06 chanmber CZ 550 I posted. As you can see for yourself, the picture posted was similar to the CZ 550 FS style, none of which comes in the large (elephant) ammunition size. The variants shooting heavy ammunition are different looking than what was posted.
