Under the Patronage of the venerable General Brewster
This one might be from the tougher spectrum. I played with the image a lot, and there are not many actual photographs of this one...despite the fact that it was built, flew and crashed...more than once.
...but unlike previous one, never made a hole in someone's head. Although...maybe the designers of its supercharger did end up that way. But that's enough hints.
I know!!!
Its an airplane.
Honest and truly, I AM Robin Hood!
The Sukoi SU-1?

Correct. Well, this image is its improved version, Su-3, but they're virtually identical from this angle.
Su-1 (I-330) and Su-3 (I-360) were 1940-1941 attempts to design a high altitude fighter. However, the unreliability of the TK-2 supercharger doomed the design to failure.
Your turn, and I owe you +rep...
Cheers!
This one might be a tad tricky, depends on how you approach it

It's the Saab MFI-17 Supporter.
That is it is! The Saab MFI-15 Safari as it's also known as is used as a training plane for several air forces today - Applied a black and white filter to make it look older

Piaggio P.180 Avanti, probably Avanti II or EVO variants...the differences are AFAIK only internal.
This is one fat ugly thing....
My search for "ugliest biplane ever" yielded (among others) the Linke-Hoffmann R.I.
Right. Too easy I guess...unlike flying that thing, which one of the test pilots called "not an airplane but a sickness".
I think that looks like a picture of one of Synergy Aircraft LLC prototype RC models. They are a family owned development company in the process of developing efficient small passenger aircraft with the initial goal of eventually being electric powered. They are a pusher style with a unique box wing design. I'm not sure they even have a full size working aircraft yet.

Artillery brings dignity to what would otherwise be a vulgar brawl!

OK, back to vintage small arms. This is only the 2nd marketed product of made by this firearms maker but was historically significant in its own right. It was popular for almost 10 years, but soon relegated to the dustbin of history by bigger and better firearms.
It was associated with, and used in, at least two wars on almost opposite sides of the globe. Examples were owned by several well known historical figures ---two of whom were killed in non related events about two months apart in the same year. An example of one of these pistols was allegedly found on the body of the second character.
Below is a fairly nice example (for its age) that I won in auction earlier in the month
Cheers

Looks like Smith & Wesson Model No. 2 Army.
