    I found something similar.

I'm gonna guess it is some variant/prototype of a BK117 or its predecessor the Bo 105

Correct. A prototype light attack helicopter, derivate of Bo 105, intended for Luftwaffe. Wasn't accepted.

I seem to have need to spread soem rep outside of the usual channels, so apologies...I'll get it soon. Meanwhile, it's your turn.

    The General has it.
Iraqi T-72, the budget version of the Russian version of the same name. Completely outclassed by the M1 Abrams by 1991.

    Line drawing? Nasty.

Looks like early Dreadnought type battleship or battlecruiser to me, so I'll take a guess...Queen Elizabeth class?

It's the battleship design proposed by the Krupp shipyards for the Dutch navy. The Netherlands were afraid of the Japanese thread to Java, after they casually sank the Baltic fleet of the Russians, so they decided to upgrade their fleet, just in case... The project was eventually abandoned, thanks to the outbreak of WWI.

That went a lot quicker than expected. Well very good guess Abdul.

Merci, mon général. I found it relatively easily, thanks to its obscurity. It was the first result, when I googled ''Dutch dreadnought''. That's why you never reveal your nationality in the ''guess threads!
Next one is also relevant to early 20th century. Her career was not particularly remarkable, although she contributed to sinking an enemy battleship, a couple of months after she had been torpedoed and foundered, while anchored.

No, she was not Russian and was constructed more than 20 years before Tsarevitch (she was later upgraded, which explains her relatively modern appearance in the image used). The hint in my previous comment can be very helpful. Notice especially the preposition and the verb's tense.

A second picture of the ship in question:
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:

That's the battleship sinking after hitting a mine and while having been severely damaged by the cannons of the ship, despite the fact that she had already been sunk a couple of months ago.

The ship is indeed Ottoman, but Turgut Reis is not the correct answer. She's also quite older than Turgut. The ship her cannons hit, despite the fact that she was already sunk for several days, was a French battleship.

    Mesudiye.

As "Battery Mesudiye" her canons hit the Bouvet in the Dardanelles.

Exactly! Mesudiye had been torpedoed in the early beginnings of the Dardanelles campaign, but her cannons were salvaged and later used to reinforce the defense of the straits. Reportedly, it was her cannons that firstly hit and damaged Bouvet, before she collided with a mine.
