Nina Hagen Band - Nina Hagen Band

A must-have for everyone who listens to rock albums. Here Mr. Young layed already the ground to be called later Godfather of Grunge.

Madonna - The Confessions Tour (DVD/CD)
The in 2007 released Confessions Tour was her second live record. And is another milestone in the history of pop shows.
Since i had a coming-out as actual Madonna fan this year - feeling bad that it happened first now, since i dive deeper and deeper into her work and her being as a most impressive person of the 20th/21st century - that product doubtless needed to become a piece of my collection.
And i'm not disappointed at all, vice versa, much amazed again by this superior performance from the Godess of Pop and her crew.
The show is flawless pop art of highest order and recorded with marvelous sound.
Like the fantastic MDNA tour a must-have for me (formerly possessed only the Sticky & Sweet Tour from the live shows). Rebel Heart Tour certainly still follows.
However, earlier i liked her and had respect for what she is doing, now i learned to love her.
...she totally can rock, too...

Madonna - Sticky & Sweet Tour (DVD)
The Sticky & Sweet tour record released 2010 documenting the 2008 tour.
Some of my personal highlights:
she rocks there ... Borderline, from her debut album 'Madonna' 1983, is a kinda New Wave song (the genre from where she came originally)
and also with Ray of Light
followed by Like A Virgin sung with the audiance
goes into a really rocky version of Hung Up
and ending with a rocky intro'ed Give It 2 Me

Madonna - Rebel Heart
The Rebel Heart studio album, released 2015, arrived me today.
Solid quality pop which reminded me somehow or at least partially to her earlier 1980s songs. Not a must-have but a nice-to-have.
