Samsas Traum and Black Messiah cool!For german Medieval Rock / Metal, although Samsas Traum is already more in the Goth corner ^^, you don't need necessarily speak German to understand the feeling, which is connected with this music style.
Atl for me.^^
Even most Germans have problems to understand the middle high german language of some songs.

Listening to your Helium Vola link right now, I'm liking it! I find these songs "exilarating", for lack of a better term... Raise my dopamine levels I guess. Mongolian and Russian have a similar effect on me, and I barely know a few words of Russian...

Sia Furler came from being already an excellent singer-songwriter in the 2000's
and part of the excellent band Zero 7 in the early 2000's.

I like GGGOLDDD "He Is Not". The voice and atmosphere makes me somehow think of Opal's album "Happy Nightmare Baby" (1987)
and also Kendra Smith excellent solo album "Five Ways Of Disappearing" (1995).
