Game not working

Before I patched:
battles didn't work
After I patched:
I correctly patched, starting with the older patch to the newer one.
Now- the game loads, but then before it gets to the menu, the game closes without any warning or anything. My medieval 2: Total war is under: C:\Games\mods\kingdoms_grand_campaign_mod (custom directory) since today after 8/9 months of Medieval 2 not working, it finally does so I have UAC already disabled.
So why is the game not working?

You must install the patches into the folder containing the v3.0 files. This version is installed into the folder containing the Kingdoms.exe file. You have not installed the patches into the correct folder.

Are you using the boxed or Steam version of M2TW + Kingdoms?
According to your information, M2TW should be in the folder C:\Games\Sega\Medieval II Total War. If this is true then v3.0 should have been installed into the folder C:\Games\Sega\Medieval II Total War\mods\kingdoms_grand_campaign_mod.
When you installed M2TW, what folder did you tell it to install into?

So I directly install them into the v3.0 files?
I don't have a SEGA folder, I had to delete it to get my game working (my game hasn't been working since the beginning of July, until Irishron got me fixed )
I wanna play this so badly. So I chose to install it in C:\Games\Mods and not just C:\Games (so that means I don't install it into the mod folder, I install it outside of it).

In your case with your unusual path structure I would try this:
1. Install the v4.2 patch to C:\Games folder.
2. Place the files from the menu crash fix in the folder C:\Games\mods\kingdoms_grand_campaign_mod\data\world\maps folder
3. Install the v4.3 patch to C:\Games\mods\kingdoms_grand_campaign_mod folder.
I am assuming that your M2TW + Kingdoms path is C:\Games and not C:\Games\Sega\Medieval II Total War nor C:\Games\Medieval II Total War. You can verify this by looking for your Kingdoms.exe file. If it is in the folder C:\Games then everything should work.
