You forgot to state what CPU(processor)you have, size and type. It would also be helpful if you tell us how well you want your PC to perform.
But as a rough guess your GPU(Graphics card) looks very weak.

Well that should be enough to play RTW on full settings.

Do you have an athlon or pentium processor?

    Athlon don't do a 3.5Ghz processor

Leonidas the Lion, to play on 'full settings', you will need a better graphics card, if you state your budget, recommendations can be made.

Good point Sir, that did occur to me, but I dismissed it, but your point is valid.

Is your card AGP, PCI, or PCI-E? Can you check your motherboard? If you see one big brown slot and the rest of the slots are white, then its AGP. If you see all white slots then its PCI.

If its AGP or PCI-E then you got plenty of options, if its PCI then you are stuck when what you have.

My money is on AGP seen as he has an ATI 9200 SE, did they ever come out in PCI-Express?

Anyway, Leonidas the Lion is only really shy on the Graphics and there are some decent, good value, AGP cards for sale, like the Nvidia 6800GS 256ddr, that is around his 200 euro budget that will play Rome a treat, although I presume he has an AGPx8 graphics interface on his Motherboard and not the 4xAGP?, Although can you mount a Pentium 3.5gig processor on an old AGPx4 Motherboard?

Forget virtual memory too, thats just your page file system. Check out Incinerate's sticky (PLEASE READ: before you post a question) for future reference as it really helps us to answer your questions. Your never going to be able to play RTW on max settings with that rig. You'll be able to play and it'll be good but you'll never make max settings with what you've got there...sorry, no dis intended mate.
