With no long lasting Roman empire there is no Holy Roman Empire, latin is not used as the basis for other languages, France, Britain and Spain all take hugely different historical paths, the Mongols successfully take all of Europe to the Atlantic coast.

They do, however due to an unfortunate sneeze creating a number of smudges in the final document, turns out that they have all declared war on North Korea and Peru.
