Okay guys, I've run into some problem that I couldn't fix.
So I have to start all over again.
This time, no new factions. No Norway, no Lithuania, no Wales, no Ireland. Sorry everyone, but unless someone volunteers to help me, I cannot - and therefore will not - add new factions.
I'll try to compensate for that loss by making other changes.

no its well "Roy de France" in old french.
I proposed the vernacular form for Kingdom of France, though, you're right, latin is more suitable for a 11th starting mod, like vanilla MTW2.
    from wiki english:
"By the end of the 9th century, the Carolingians themselves were replaced throughout much of their realm by other dynasties. The idea of a "King of the Franks" or Rex Francorum gradually disappeared over the 12th and 13th centuries."

    "REX FRANCIAE"
"Philippe Auguste ( since 1190): Rex Franciæ "

Btw, can anyone help me to give one religion special attributes?
I'd like to make Jews somewhat special... like, if a province is 10% jewish, there is 10% more trade income. I'd also like them to cause more unrest then other religions.
    Is that possible?
It would be also good to make them more resistant to conversion.

First version of the mod is ready, download it here:

There appear to be some mistakes though.

Oh, and I'd like to know which is the minimal value for unit upkeep. I'd like to reduce the peasant's upkeep to 0.25 or something like that. Or does it have to be at least 1?

I'm 99% sure you can set unit upkeep as low as you want, as long it's a positive integer.
    My mods
-Mod Leader for the Wheel Of Time This is not the beginning, but it is a beginning
-Mod Leader for Shogun 2: Foreign Invasion if you want a mod with alot of units this is for you, not only is there the 40 units CA made theres planned to be atleast 177 NEW units when its done.
-Modder in the World War I and Shogun II project. The only full scale mod for FOTS and it plays nothing like FOTS. FOTS may have Gatling guns, WW1&S2 has tekidanto samurai, SNLF, MGs, kisho snipers, assault infantry(shotguns) just to name a few.

I'm going to reduce it to it's third, but it won't be easy.
I did all sorts of tricks with notepad and microsoft excel, but it's not so easy.
It seems I can't avoid having to do it manually.
But then... does it really worth it?

    Back to modding.
Should I import any units from Rome Total War?
I'm definetely importing Gallowglasses, and currently looking to find a way to get the repeating balistae, and onagers. And maybe some other units, if you request them.

    http://www.s-gabriel.org/names/

The best archive for medieval names ever.
I filled the game up with authentic names...
No more cheesy Anglicized names... but instead, authentic medieval names for everyone!

The French and the Germans retain their unique French and German names (in fact, the French gets augmented by Occitan names too), but they will share Frankish names, like Abbo, Adalbert, Armand, Theudebert, Carloman/Karloman, Clovis/Klovis, Chlodwig/Klodwig...
Off course, they are spelled different.
The French have Chlodvig, the Germans have Klodwig, for example.

The Sicilians have unique names too, unique Southern Italian names with the proper endings (Southern Italian masculine nouns and male names end with -u, just like Romanians names). I also extended the Arabic names, the Polish names, the Danish names, the Spanish names, and the English names.
The English names are pretty mixed: the contain names of Celtic, Saxon, Norse, Latin and Norman origin. I collected over 2000 Medieval English names (the majority of them still used today), but I felt that was too much, so reduced it to it's third.
Also, the Hungarian names are heavily extended too.
