gatling gun aim

Is there some sort of setting or fix that can allow to fire the gatling gun on less stable ground.
The slightest bump and the gun cant fire at anything.

The manual is for the gatling gun is bloody annoying that's for sure. There's no setting that will change it, there may be a mod but I'm not too sure if that's even a possible modification.
