Is it possible to combine the assets from multiple campaigns within shogun; for example, to allow recruitment of FOTS units at the end of the Shogun 2 tech tree? Or are they subdivided by campaign in some sort of odd way?

This would be illegal to do unless you can find a way to do it that only works if you own the expansions.

but I think it might be possible.
