Playing empire - how to recruit high elfs?

in custom battle there are some high elf units for empire - in campaign, should i wait for some script event to appear them as mercenaries, or I can train them in areas with ports? or just when got acces to elvish fortress near the sea?

There are certain settlements that allow you to train High elf units (spearmen and archers), I cant remember which ones though. I know Marienburg one, but there are others. Mordheim allows you to train shadowwarriors.

The same applys to dwarf units, certain towns have a dwarf district which allows them to train dwarf warriors, 2 handed axemen, gunners, and crossbowmen.

ahh, i see now with dwarfs its easy, just copy/paste dwarf disctrict in descr_strat file for some other towns and you have descent dwarf army replenishment. i suppose the same must be with elfs than

Im sure its the same with elf units, but better back up the files befor eyou change them just in case
