    Default How do people get their desktop to look like this?

    Not the picture ofc. but the UI, to me that looks epic and would like something similar, any idea how?

    Forget the wallpaper I mean like that upper and side bar, probably gadgets like SF mentioned, I gotta check them out.

    Yes that is correct. I found Rainmeter was too fiddily and required a lot of downloading and tinkering to create a desktop I liked. So I didn't bother.
