"The Creative Assembly\Napoleon\scripts" not showing up?

I am trying to add scripts for a mod and when I go to the Creative Assembly folder it says it is empty. However when I make a new "Napoleon" folder it says that a "Napoleon" folder already exsists in this folder. I changed the "hidden" and "read only" buttons and I can't get to the napoleon folder. Any help?

Are you sure it isn't under the Steam/SteamApps folder for NTW?

Log in as Admininstrator and unhide all files and folders in Folder Options. Then use the search box in the top-right corner of Computer.
