BI mods recommendations

Hey,

I am thinking of finally buying BI and was wondering which if any of the mods are finished. With that in mind could anyone recommend a mod. I'm playing TE right now and have played every mod out for RTW.

There arent many actually out yet, but there are a few different Betas and a couple more on the brink of release. Keep your ears tuned for Arthurian Total War which should be out soon. Sorry I couldnt be more help

Are you kidding? There are plenty of Mods for BI out! Chiv TW, IBFD, Goths mod, AoD and many more...
IBFD is like RTR for BI, its a proper big mod, it has loads of new features and brilliant skins.

Don't forget Darthmod 7.5 is also for BI, very good mod.

I've played Darthmod before and liked it. so I'll try that one first and get my feet wet with BI. Do any of these mentioned mods increase the difficulty significantly? Always looking to up the difficulty! IBFD looks interesting too.

Yes, the WRE with IBFD is next to impossible. Even with more provs they are still really difficult, and battles are also a bit harder.
The ERE are also a bit harder, because the Sassanids were given more heavy cavalry in the early game, thier Zayedan cav are truley amazing, they can easily beat Commentatenses in a one on one fight.
