Script error in date

I've installed Rs2 twice now and I am still getting this same error.

script error in data/descr_battle_map_lightening_and_fog_control.txt.at line 7 column 1.

Expecting reading "min_light_intensity"

I had two of theses script files in the download for some reason. I removed one but I still have the same error. Below is what is written in the script.
