    Default Not Enough Goveners

Hello, I'm playing as the Romani and It is 226BC. I control all of Italy and Sicily. I also control Korinthos, Sparte and Athenai. But I have a small problem in that I have almost no Goveners and expansion has become a real pain. I'm wondering if I have expanded to quickly or something. So is there any way to get more governers? or prevent this problem in the future as I am seriously considering re-starting my campaign so I can manage this all a bit better. Anyway hope you guys can answer my question, also I've got 7 new family members growing up but the oldest of them is only 5

RTW has a build-in ratio of FMs to owned regions. If you conquer some provinces you can have more FMs, but they need time to come of age. In your case you'll have seven new members in a couple of years. Slow down your expansion until they are old enough to led armies or govern cities.

Bear in mind that recruited generals also count towards this ratio.

Ok, thanks for the reply. I've only got one recruited general and he is the govener of Syracuse (it had too low public as a level II goverment so I made it an allied state). Anyways i think I will re-start the campaign as it is only my 2nd EB campaign and I messed a lot of things up at the start

Piece of advice: exterminate every settlement you conquer (minor exceptions). Don't worry about taxes, worry about not being able to keep the whole population in check. This way, the only settlements that will require client rulers (government type 4) will be the ones in western Iberia, up north near today-Denmark and in the east, well there are more there. Also, build temples to Jupiter in all the cities outside Italy (I prefer building to Juno in Italy proper, and to Ceres in Corsica, Sardinia&Sicily).

If you are low on FM, try fighting battles with captains, if the script sees that you don't have FM, you might be offered to adopt one.

I think Foot needs to put a warning saying "You may wish to play other mods before playing this mod, as EB will destroy your ability to find other mods exciting and fulfilling".

Minerva also gives the same public order as Jupiter, but is helpful for getting command bonus, which you need later, if you'd want to get the reforms. Also, I found it better to govern each of my city, and only have some of my armies led by a general, instead of a captain. Getting you FMs into a city with a high level of school for a couple of years is also very helpful.
