Problem with battles

Hey people I need help (again)

I have rome total war installed on windows 7 (64 bit) and on every third or forth battle it suddenly stops working with windows trying to resolve it. I re-installed the game several times but it does the same. The crash occurs when I start battle or when I exit it, not in the middle of it.

Any help would be appreciated

You just run out of memory. Try restarting the game.

So ehm, I should just restart on every battle?

Could be. Ever tried it? This game is full of memory leaks.

Well I did as you said and it's working so far. I'ts just I have almost 2 battles at one turn and this sure will take time
