Now I give chance for you take off those monks foreheads, long traditional trouses and triangle hats: Noif's Modern Japan army uniform mod have Imperial/officer "Tosa" hats and trouses for modern units
Hi,thank you again for this awesome mod,but it seems there is a problem that the picture dont show up anymore in my request post,the hat i wanted is from Tosa riflemen,i dont want to be too greedy,but i hope you can make a version 2 for this mod,if you dont have the time,then its ok, this hat mod is already great!
What is this love for the kepi? Clearly the Shaguma is superior! Likewise the Tosa riflemen hat as well.
The Shaguma is cool, that if i can make custom units. Probably they would have shaguma hat as sniper's unit camo dress and how it would be on cavalry The kepi is nice hat for modern army in FOTS and I really like it on line infantry and cannons crew.

This mod was just "begin" and I have time more at late afternoon and evening so I can look those tosa hats. I can release hats for units on Imperial or Tosa hat. This mod is not big one like my NACC project, so I think i can make many hats version for this evening. This mod was quickly done.

Thx,and i saw those line infanty in your picture hold their rifle like imperial infanty,but after i droped your mod into date folder,my line infanty in custom battle still hold their rifle like before,not the imperial style,the hat does changed though,is there anything i did wrong?

I have only changed hat textures, not touched to animations or rifles. They should be normal as vanilla.
Very nice. Do you plan to make Shogunate and Republican versions as well?
Like I said before in my NACC thread: when I will make retexture changes, it'll be show on all factions, even for shogunate and republic too and I don't know how to make for "Imperial","Shogunate" and "Republic" own version. I afraid that it need custom units and that I cannot do.

Whats most historicly Accurate this or vanilla hats (Plate/Metal Jingasa)?.
I must that my history of boshin war is not strong on me, but all these hats are historicly accurated what I have readed and seen pictures about Jingasa, Shaguma, kepi, etc... All hats are been used, but it question who used what. I made this mod for players who want different hats for units.
There was no standardize dress code until long after the Boshin War in Japan. So, there was infantry men who would wear whatever they can get their hands on.
I personally like the kepi more then the Tosa hat
Anyways, a job well done, my friend! You never stop to amaze me!
But, how can we differentiate between line infantry and imperial infantry now?
