I have been playing the Total War series for a while now. Ever since Medieval total war I've been a total war freak. I visted other forums on total war like Total realism and the stratcommand center, but this forum is the best for a number of reasons, mainly the activity and the friendly envirnment. I would like to be a civitate for the TW center because I feel that I can contribute some good information regarding anything about Total War. I always make a point to try out the mods that the people here offer and give feedback. My favorites right now are Darthmod, RTR 6.0 with the roman legion reloaded mod, and I am patiently waiting for Hedgemonia. I realize the standard that civitates are expected to adhere to and feel that I am more than capable. Even though my posts are not frequent, I do read a lot of the threads that are going around, and as a civitate I would make a point to post more in these forums. I plan on being here at the Total War center for the long haul, from Alexander TW to M2TW and beyond, and I would be honored if you would recognize me as a more permanent member of the TWC.

    Thanks,
    -Decimus Equitius

He is active in almost every part of TWC. Except for the Curia that is. Anyway, posts by Decimus can be found in nearly every subforum available to him. He is active in the Them Devia often, but is more commonly found in The Arts section. He is also what I consider to be a "Mods Expert". Decimus has played and commented on many of the hosted mods here. Making him very knowledgable about the Modding community here at TWC. If you ask me, having a member, like Decimus, who has the ability to post, and post well, in nearly every section of TWC is a member that must be included in the governing body of the site. I have no doubt that his knowledge of TWC is as great as or better than my own and such a member could be a great asset to the Curia, given the chance. And that chance is why I am writing to you, the esteemed members of the Consilium de Civitates, for I feel that Decimus is a worthy member of the site, and should be allowed to roam amongst the halls of the Curia, unmolested and unchallenged, doing his good deeds there and contributing to the continuing success of TWC.

Nothing particularly grand or thoughtful but seems a level headed mature person.

So I am of a neutral person since civitates are supposed to be extra-ordinaire apparently....

Damn you all I like him I vote yes.

Im kind of unconvinced so far.. i couldnt really find anything particularly note-worthy. So if its not a definite yes, id prefer to vote no.. maybe another month of good posting would convince me otherwise. I dont know.. want to hear more opinions

He seems to be the sort I'd love to have as an average member, rather than a little above average, but nothing which really raises him over the heads of others, I'm afraid.

He seems to post widely in CC and TW

His posts are sometimes a bit short and spammy but I cannot disqualify him for that

He seems helpfull and encouraging to others

Almost insufficient and a weak letter... I like him but will wait on my vote.

    http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=51594 (failed 05-29-2006)

i just remebered (thought the name was familiar).. this person has been up for vote within the last month

If a Peregrinus fails his civitates vote he must wait a minimum of one month before being put up for vote again.
Waiting about 17 days instead of 31 isnt cool.. if im right on this someone shuold PM shadows and inform him he shouldnt try to breach the syntagma..

Technically he is allowed to vote. The law states calendar month does it not? Shall we postpone this vote?

Its one month from the date they were notified they failed, not the date they were proposed on (at least thats how i read it).. so Shadows should really have waited until the 29th of this month before proposing again

I need two councillors to tell me to close the vote + poll. Sorry for the slip up... too much went on. We could just vote and close it on the 29th.

What date is it? If its the date they were proposed I misinformed another member and asked them to wait before re-proposing a client, until the month since the vote ended had elapsed....

And Asterix, no we couldn't, he legally can't even be proposed until the 29th, that's when the vote should open
