An earlier version detected?

I deleted the registry entries, checked control panel but it still does not work. I did everything but it still says an older version is detected. Any help?

Yes this was the one i followed. arggg im going crazy I want to play Rome Total War . Btw I installed the spqr mod but something was wrong so I uninstalled but now it says an eairler versions detected.

its fixed now. I had a virus which took the registry keys and duplicated it.
