Shogun 2 fall of the samurai crash/freeze

I have a serious problem(s) when try to play fall of the samurai.
first of all the game need 2-3 min to start!
then finally when it finally in the main menu it is work just perfect.
but when the game start it my crash our freeze from any action screens like diplomatic screen
our Battle I managed to play 5 turns and give up (it take 2 hours of play and start the game again and again).
well i low the graphics from ultra to lowest as possible- no help.
I update my video and audio cards- no help.
I install all the windows updates- no help.
I try to reinstall steam and the game- no help.
My computer info:
Video card- geforce 550 ti
Processor- AMD *4 965 3.4 GHz.
Windows- 7, 32 bit.

Shogun 2 without fall of the samurai run in ultra without any problems.

@shlomo122 did have any success with the game cause i have the exact same problem.
