Game of the year edition

Hi,
I am new to this forum but I've played some total war games for quite a bit. Currently I am planning on buying Napoleon total war together with Empire in a retail version in the game of the year edition. I want to get as many DLC's as possible and I want to ask you two questions.

Because the box does give you the information I would like to know if the game contains heroes of Napoleonic wars unit pack. I know it contains the elite regiment and coalition battle pack + the imperial guard pack which is free for everybody (technically the elite regiment is too).

My second question is if empire contains the special forces unit pack. It contains the elite units of America, East and West but I'm in serious doubt about special forces.

The package on steam contains virtually everything except for the pre order units such as artillery of convention but I am not sure about the retail package. Is it the same then or not?

I bought a physical copy of the GOTY edition but I dont think you get all the unit packs for napoleon e.g I dont have the artillary of the convention

Artillery of the convention as well as Towarczys and HMS Elephant only come in some pre order packages. Do you have these units? http://www.totalwar.com/napoleon/add-ons/?u=2

For empire, do you have units such as HMS Victory, Ghoorkas, Ottoman organ gun, Rogers Rangers, Corse Terreste Guerillas and Bulkeley's Regiment?
