How do I make units recuitible in the bos_castle_2_stronghold-chain-buildings?

I'm using PFM.

Ive made some units recuitible with all the bos_castle_2_stronghold bos_castle_3_fortress bos_castle_4_castle bos_castle_5_citadel bos_castle_6_star_fort, but it only seems to work at the bos_castle_2_stronghold building in the campaign, Ive made the same changes on all the buildings, does anyone know what I do wrong?

Ok, Ive made the Boshin_Inf_Line_Infantry unit, the Boshin_Cav_Spear_Yari_Ki unit, the Boshin_Art_Wooden_Cannons unit, and the Boshin_Inf_Spear_Yari_Kachi unit recuitibe at bos_castle_2_stronghold bos_castle_3_fortress bos_castle_4_castle bos_castle_5_citadel and bos_castle_6_star_fort.
