Muggle-Worthy Excuse Committee.
All ministers and other high-ranking figures of the Wizarding world, including Hogwarts professors are invited to the renewed Committee of Excuses which Oliver himself had decided to personally attend, for there were sure to be more incidents with death-eaters and they had to be prepared to act quickly to prevent their secret being revealed to the real world. The Committee leader; Victor Lance, took his place at the summit of the table and awaited for all participants to arrive and contribute to today's agenda; thinking of excuses to explain any death-eater attacks that may occur in the future.

The Speaker of the Committee rose; clearing his throat as he welcomed the guests.
"I think it is time to open the Committee; we shall begin by welcoming any member of the committee to stand and propose a muggle-worthy excuse, afterwards we shall then discuss the excuse and vote on the matter."

I doubt that hallucinations will really get by that easily...
Viktor then looks at Minister Baird.
In the past, the Minister of Magic has cooperated with the Prime Minister of Great Britain during such dark times...it was done so during the Second Wizarding War by Rufus Scrimengour...it may have to come down to that. The muggle government should be able to come up with more...viable excuses.
