The Bridge

This is the nerve-centre of the ship. From this location, the ship is commanded by the Captain with the executive officer, and it is where representatives from all the departments can work in emergencies. Only those who have a position on the bridge are allowed here, or are requested by the Captain. All communication with planets and other ships occurs here, as well as commands during battle. Also on the bridge are the stations for the Tactical and Operations departments who form a crucial part of the running of the starship.

Werf arrives, ignoring the Humans looks, as many here do not like the Klingon race.

Tom is still engrossed in the displays for the ship. He doesn't notice the Klingon come in.

David looked over at the Klingon, he wondered if he would present any problem while being under his command, he had heard a lot from his father concerning the Klingon culture and it hadn't been very positive.

[Tazgrent]

After returning from his tour of the ship, Grissom steps over to the tactical station.

"Lieutenant, I trust everything is prepared for shakedown? Any questions or concerns?"

[molonthegreat]

David saluted.

"All weapons, shields and simulations are up and running at 100 % Sir."

[Tazgrent]

"Excellent. Keep up the good work."

He makes his way over to the operations station to speak to Lt. O'Falvey.

['Gunny]

O'Falvey looks up and nods "Sir"

Werf nods at the Executive Officer as he passes by.

[Tazgrent]

Grissom nods back.
"Lieutenant. I trust everything is in order?"

Tom hurried back into his station at the helm hoping no one had noticed his absence.
