Hi there, and welcome to the Final Frontier, TWC's Star Trek RPG!

Below are some tips and advice on how to start playing this game, and to make sure you get right into the action, and that you don't get confused.


  1. Create a character in the Service Records forum . Following the Character Creation guide, once thats done wait for someone to approve the registration before you start RPing.
  2. Once you are registered you will have been assigned to a department so check out its thread in the On Duty forum. Thats where a lot of the rp for your team will take place, and you are expected to post in it regularly.
  3. Relax in the Off Duty forum, that is where you can post in the ship's lounge or Holodeck.
  4. Create a cabin in the Off Duty forum, where the rest of the players can come and visit you, or where you can develop your own character's backstory.
  5. Suggest missions, events or ideas in the Mission Suggestion thread.
  6. Check out Memory Alpha, the Star Trek Wiki where you can keep abreast of what is around in the Star Trek universe and get ahead on those words you don't understand.
  7. Post all Out of character posts in the OOC Chat page so as not to disrupt the passage of the game.
  8. Ask any of the moderators if you have any questions!
