Mission/Event Suggestion Thread

In this thread we welcome all ideas and suggestions for how we proceed in the game. As we do not have a set chain of events for the RPG, we are open to really any event that can take place as we explore the Gamma Quadrant, as long as it is not ridiculous.

E.g.

Perhaps we can discover a derelict and abandoned Federation starship with many unanswered questions?

Once we have ideas, the moderators will consider them along with you the players and we will write something up and present it in the game.

I don't, it defeats the purpose. I've never understood why other men find lesbians hot - it only means you can't date them!

I believe that for the first mission we should have something that will get us to interact with each other a lot. Some sort of internal thing, without aliens and stuff.

something causing everyone to be involved. A virus caught from quarks would be good. Something that causes people to be unprodictable. Then security can be involved, and medical can solve it.

A temporal anomaly due to wormhole traffic.

Here is the story:
Our ship enters the wormhole, and soon thereafter the crew experiences lightheadedness. Some crewmembers begin having hallucinations of their past (this is an excellent way to flesh out the background of your character). The reason for this is that a cloaked ship entered the wormhole at the same time our ship entered, causing a chronoton particle anomaly due to the cloaking system that was used. We will only later find out the identity of that ship.

How the problem is resolved: engage the warp drive to maximum, consequently shaking off the particles through a process of temporal reversion. This goes against the captain's common logic, since whenever there is an emergency, warp drive is disengaged.
