Can anyone seen odd factions rising

Hi all I just wanted to ask if anybody had seen something similar to this before and if so please share . The last time I played NTW I decided to go as Purssia (campain VH/battles H). The first 5 turns or so in i was turtling building up tech and economy playing netural and trading with anybody i could (espsecially france and austria and UK). during these first 5 turns france was steamrolling austria and its only reaal aid was from russia which, wasnt much. by turn 10 frances steamroll army was halted and the war between the to started to come to a stalemate. then to my suprise at turn 15 austria was invading france and really wrecking its armies. by the time turn 20 was around austria had its starting regions back, swizterland, and half of france (WTF?). last i checked they had three full stacks seiging paris they had become absoult monster. Im wondering if anyone else has seen anything odd like this in most games austria gets its a## handed to them for me.

btw i dont use any AI mods or gameoverhalls the only mods i used are AUM and visual ones like the historical events mod.

I saw Austria doing the same, but it did not conquer France(because mostly I already did with GB) but they expanded a huge empire eastward and got control of pretty much German lands(Bavaria, Württemberg, Hessen-Kassel, Saxony etc.)

Somthing odd like this can happen occationaly, since AI aren't design to do everything according to scripted history. sometime you see austria dominate or sometime you see napoleon dominate faster than normal.

This is why I love Total War, no campaign is ever the same!
