Hey, I haven't looked in on EB1 in a LONG time. Every time I had a long campaign, the constant post battle CTD will be too much.
Has any perm fix ever been found for this, for vanilla or for Alex driven submod?

Wait for the music to stop before exiting the battle.

Did that long ago. Sometimes I'd wait a good 5 minute afterwards. If it was a big and messy battle chances were ALWAYS high I'd get a CTD.

Get more RAM perhaps.

Check the frequently encountered issues on more informations, especially the paragraph about multi-core systems.
