    Default Cant rename settlements in Rome 1 turn RS 2.5?

    Ive changed the rename settlement/character lines to TRUE in both Rome 1 turn and the general 1 turn prefs.txt.

    Is this no longer an option or am I doing something wrong?

    Try doing the normal base one, or do It by the launcher.

    As I'm sure dvk' will confirm.....

    If you rename the settlements, you will need to find ALL the names in ALL the data-text files and rename them all too.

    Because I've done a fair bit of work on that portion of the scripting, I am confident that, certainly for the Legion Ancillary Vexilla, you will otherwise miss out on chunks of the mod, let alone vastly increase the potentially for crashing.

    Well shoot. I only changed 2 names so its easy to fix.

    Yes, changing the names may mess up the script, which depends on finding the original names.
